Comparative analysis of the system of cadastral assessment in European countries and the Russian Federation

The article discusses the system of cadastral valuation of real estate in developed countries and the Russian Federation. The purpose of the article is to carry out a comparative analysis of domestic and foreign cadastral valuation systems, to formulate proposals for integrating the successful experience of the countries studied into Russian practice. We used the methods of scenario prediction, comparative and static analysis. The key characteristics of determining the cadastral value in developed countries (Austria, Sweden, France, Germany, Netherlands) are analyzed, including the object of assessment, the specifics of determining the cadastral value, periods of assessment and the responsibility for assessment.
