The urgency of increasing the energy efficiency of enclosing structures is shown. The comparative characteristics of polystyrene and cellular concrete are given. The need to use multi-layer wall structures is revealed. The design of the energy-efficient unit is presented. Characteristics of the design of ventilated facades are characterized.
