Comparative analysis of trends in the development of wholesale trade in Russia, SFD and Rostov region

The article is devoted to the study of trends in the development of wholesale trade in Russia, the southern Federal district and the Rostov region. First of all, the essence of wholesale trade as a sector of the economy is analyzed and statistical data on the dynamics of wholesale trade turnover in Russia are presented. Further, the volume and structure of wholesale trade of the Rostov region as a subject of the southern Federal district were considered. In conclusion, the main directions of development of domestic wholesale enterprises are highlighted.
