Comparative analysis of the TOSER of the Republic of Bashkortostan: conditions and prospects of development

A comparative analysis of the TOSER of the Republic of Bashkortostan showed that the creation of the TOSER did not contribute to the expected socio-economic growth. Proposals for the successful development of TOSER on the territory of the Republic of Bashkortostan can be as follows: wage growth; implementation of infrastructure reconstruction programs; introduction of a website for each TOSER; attraction of graduates of Ufa and Sterlitamak universities by residents to the territory of TOSER. The developed proposals will increase the competitiveness of the TOSER, make them more attractive to potential residents, and will also help to overcome the crisis situation and establish socio-economic growth in the territory.
