Comparative analysis of the income level and payments in the Kurgan and Tyumen regions

This article raises the issue of the difference between the transport tax rate and living standards of the population of the Kurgan and Tyumen regions. To assess the standard of living, some criteria were adopted, such as: the percentage of the population having incomes below the subsistence minimum, per capita income, purchasing power. The general condition of the roads of the regions was also assessed.
