Long-term treatment results for 183 patients with stage III-IV renal cancer were analyzed. Depending on the extent of tumor involvement, length of the disease and associated diseases, there were 3 treatment modalities: nephrectomy, embolization of renal artery with subsequent nephrectomy and palliative embolization. Indications to each of the treatment modalities were determined.
