Comparative analysis of morbidity and mortality from ovarian malignancies in the female population of the Tyumen, Sverdlovsk regions and the Russian Federation

The paper evaluates the dynamics of the incidence and mortality of ovarian cancer in the Tyumen region in comparison with similar data for the Russian Federation and the Sverdlovsk region in the period from 2019 to 2023. The analysis of the main indicators of the epidemiology of malignant ovarian tumors in the Tyumen region, compared with the Sverdlovsk region and the Russian Federation, showed a significant increase in the incidence of ovarian cancer in the studied areas in 2019-2023, in contrast to statistics in the whole country. However, the difference between these indicators is small, they are within close values.
