Comparative content analysis of foreign policy concepts of the Russian Federation: 1993-2023

The authors compare the frequency of mentioning countries, international blocks and the number of words in the main thematic blocks in the Concepts of Russian Foreign Policy from 1993, 2000, 2008, 2013, 2016 and 2023. Based on the results of the analysis, summary tables with the received data were formed. The authors present their explanation of the received trends using an interpretative strategy, theories of neorealism, neoliberalism, systemic and geopolitical theories of international relations.
