Comparative review of methods for increasing the competitiveness of IT companies in the digital economy

In the modern world, in the context of widespread digitalization of economic processes, the functioning and development of IT companies plays an important role in the creation and development of the country’s economy. Enterprises in this field of activity of any scale and format are an integral part of one large economic mechanism. On the one hand, the interaction and cooperation of several similar enterprises at once can form a consistent chain of production of an information product. On the other hand, the consumer market for this type of service is open, consumer demands are constantly growing, as a result of which IT companies have to constantly fight for the consumer and direct serious efforts to increase their competitiveness. The article is devoted to a comparative review of methods for increasing the competitiveness of IT companies in the digital economy. Using examples of the world’s leading companies in the IT field, it is shown that there are several methods for increasing their competitiveness, and recommendations for use are proposed. Each of the methods discussed in the article can benefit the company and play a certain role in increasing its competitiveness in modern conditions. It is noted that the key point in applying a particular method in practice is the specifics of the activity of an IT company.
