Personal protective equipment as an essential element of the personal safety of police officers

Maintaining a high level of efficiency and combat capability of police officers in general is an important problem, and therefore, the article describes the characteristics of their individual body armor. The importance of the study of personal protective equipment in the Department of Internal Affairs is indicated. The paper examines the main types of body armor for police officers. Also, an innovative discovery of individual body armor is presented and the role of these developments and the prospects for their application in practice are proved. The article concludes that it is necessary to study personal protective equipment in the Department of Internal Affairs.
