Means of hand-to-hand fight in development of physical and mental qualities at employees of special forces

The article describes the development of physical and mental qualities of employees of special units by means of hand-to-hand combat, as these classes have to overcome various difficulties, physical stress, to experience pain. The interaction of physical and mental qualities that were tested in the two test groups affected the personality of the employee.
