The citizen self-taxation funds in the local agricultural settlement budget revenues

The practice and the problems of the citizen self-taxation mechanism implementation on the example of the Krasnoyarsk Territory are considered in the article. The use of the additional stimuli both for the population and for the local self-government bodies is offered.
