Means of expressing the time category in English lyrical poetry of the first half of the XX century

The article considers language means of expressing the category of Time in the English poetic text. The role and functional and stylistic peculiarities of literary time are shown. The analysis is based on English lyrical poetry works of the first half of the XX century by W.H. Auden, T.S. Eliot, James Joyce.
