The paper considers design problem of a device for harmonic angular velocities simulation. Possible engineering solutions are analyzed. A scheme based on electromagnetic linear drives with transformation of linear oscillations to angular is proposed. Possible control schemes are analyzed. One of the operation modes is studied and described using mathematical modeling. Accuracy of the model is estimated by comparison of simulated and experimental characteristics.
