Urgency as indispensable condition of the lawyer employment contract

Purpose: Detection of features of legal regulation of the lawyer employment contract. Methodology: Formally legal methods were used. Results: In article need of legislative fixing of a condition about urgency of the lawyer employment contract is proved in case the lawyer is given an opportunity to carry out lawyer activity on the basis of the employment contract signed with other lawyer or lawyer education. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the high scientific value as is one of the first attempts to reveal features which have to be inherent in the lawyer employment contract.
