USA - Europe: beginning of power relations

Europe and the USA have been historically connected for a long time. This connection had been relatively equal until the end of the Second World War when the USA due to different circumstances afforded an opportunity to dictate their will to Europe. The main factor of those powerful relations was Marshall Plan that placed Europe in the dependence, which goes on until our days.
