Stabilization of a flexible spascecraft motion at forming a pulse width control with a time delay

Problem on stabilization of a flexible spacecraft attitude motion at incomplete discrete measurement and pulse-width control of the jet engines with a time delay, is considered. Some results on numeric simulation are presented.
