the article considers methods of gas cooling at compressor stations and describes the effect of high temperature on the state of IHL. The choice of the optimal temperature regime of gas pumping corresponding to the conditions of reliability of operation and minimum energy consumption is considered. The boundary conditions of the gas temperature parameters at the outlet of the gas air cooling devices to ensure safe operation of the main gas pipelines are considered.
