Inpatient program of rehabilitation and psychotherapy of drug addicts under conditions of a substance misuse dispensary

In the article, structure, psychotherapeutic approaches and indices of efficacy of a rehabilitative program for opioid addicted inpatients has been presented. According to results of clinical-catamnestic and psychological examination of 173 patients it has been revealed that 66,7 % of them having passed through all the stages of the program are in remission from 6 months to 6 years.
