The need for professional standards of lawyer’s activity imperatives proper legal services. The introduction of professional standards is a prerequisite for the development of specialization by type of professional (legal) action. Recognition of the necessary and the promotion of self-regulation of the legal profession, the professional cooperation of specialists by type of professional (legal) activities will consolidate efforts for the solution of the system to improve the quality of legal services.
