The history of foundation of children’s musical education in Buryatia in the first half of 20th century

The article deals with the history of foundation of children's musical education in Buryatia in the first half of XXth century. Despite of difficulties the state policy was directed on forming the system of professional musical education, which contributed much to aesthetic development of the growing generation, cultural and educational work, training of national staff in the sphere of art and culture.
