The formation and evolution of the national concept of archeological monuments preservation, researching and exploitation in the Soviet period (1945-1991)

The paper presents the integrated notion of the formation stages of the national concept of archeological monuments preservation, researching and exploitation in the Soviet period after 1945. The role of the scientific, power and social institutions is analyzed in this respect. Legislative acts, regulations and materials of theoretical and practical conferences are used as primary sources. Basic conclusions make it possible to understand the origins of current problems of archeological heritage preservation, researching and exploitation.
