Formation and development of institute of the public credit

In article various approaches to consideration of the place and a role of the public credit in historical aspect and also at the present stage are considered. Their advantages and shortcomings are analysed. It is revealed that scientific researches of N. of Brzheϲkogo still did not lose relevance.
