Formation and development of coaching at Russian companies

The article is concerned with historical aspects of coaching at Russian companies. The author considers stages of formation and development of the intraproductive training, which reflects evolution of coaching activities and, therefore, are relevant for the existing businesses in the context of revival of some traditions in the conditions of the innovative production.
