Formation and development of theoretical bases of administrative and legal regulation in the sphere of economy

In article the analysis of factors of the bases of administrative and legal regulation promoting formation in the sphere of economy is carried out. The author revealed dependence of administrative and legal regulation of economy from chosen a political and economic course of the state. Distinctive features of management of economy at the present stage from the previous planned economy are also presented.
