Formation of information broadcast on regional air

at the turn of the new millennium experienced considerable changes. On August 11, 2003 almost complete transition of local television to information broadcast took place. At the same time the structure and the contents of news as well as the character of information presentation and order of video plots in a broadcast depending on the actuality of a topic and on the importance of this or that news for the local audience improved.
