The article is devoted to the formation of the Presidency in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) as this institution is currently practically unstudied in the republics of the Russian Federation. There are not enough research works based on the following aspect and it negatively influences the formation of the Presidency in the Sakha Republic (Yakutia) as well as other Republics of the Russian Federation.
