The establishment of the institution of culpable imputation in domestic criminal legislation

This article is devoted to the formation of the institution of culpable imputation in the domestic criminal legislation. Starting from the first legislative acts, we everywhere encounter a period of so-called physical imputation: intentional and careless harm was not distinguished, accidental damage was equated with them. But gradually, this view is replaced by another: a moral imputation is added to the actual imputation as its complement.
