Development of ethnocratic regimes in Latvia and Estonia

The article is focused on one of the important and still unresolved problems of the contemporary European politics - the obligation of respecting the rights of national minorities in the Baltics. While analyzing the establishing and strengthening of ethnocracies in Latvia and Estonia, the author is trying to outline the possible ways out of the long lasting national crisis that is still hindering the further development of these former Soviet republics.
