Establishment of multi-party system in the Krasnoyarsk region

The article describes the process of forming of support groups, facilitate associations, "perestroika" and other informal organizations. These organizations serve as the basis of political parties, both in Russia and in the Krasnoyarsk Territory in the 90s.
