Formation of normative legal base regulating competitive relations in Russia

In this article the author analyses the stages of formation of organisational and legal support of competition in Russia. The author introduces the peculiarities of the legal framework governing the competitive environment and makes conclusions about its conceptual focus on antitrust orientation and lack of actions directed at building and maintaining competitive environment.
