The concept «organizational-pedagogical culture» is specified. Its importance for preparation of a future teacher is explained. The possibility of the development of a future teacher's organizational-pedagogical culture in the conditions of transitive educational space is studied. The concept of transitivity and transitive educational space are revealed in the article. A great attention is paid to the cultural aspect of the preparation of a teacher.
