The genesis of the social function of the state in its domestic functions

The work focuses on the urgent problem of the state social function. The author summarizes the scientific conception of the state functions and the place of the social function in their system, formulates her own definition of a social function that is acceptable for different periods of development of the state, works out the author's conception of development of the social function in the Russian state.
