Formation of the territorial and settlement patterns of the intelligentsia of Tuva

In the article the problems of formation of the territorial and settlement structure of the Tuvan intelligentsia are considered. The conditions, factors, trends of growth of this social group are analyzed both in the city and in the village, the characteristics of the formation of the rural intelligentsia, the main reasons of its migration to urban area are identified. The level of provision with objects of cultural and household purpose the families residing in the city and the village is compared, the features of their lifestyle are revealed. The lifestyle of the rural intelligentsia is significantly affected the possession of the household farm that brings closer intellectuals of the village with other rural residents. At the same time, practicing this household farming requires significant amount of free time, which often has a negative impact on their professional activities. But it is rather hard for rural intellectuals to live without farming in modern conditions. Moreover, the household farm contributes to the «rooting» of a specialist in a rural activities environment, it hinders the process of migration to urban area. Обойтись же сельскому интеллигенту без подсобного хозяйства в современных условиях весьма трудно. К тому же наличие подсобного хозяйства способствует «укоренению» специалиста в сельскую жизнедеятельную среду, сдерживает процесс его миграции в городскую местность
