Statistical assessment of the state of labor resources of the Republic of Mordovia

The article reveals the current trends in the development of labor resources in the Republic of Mordovia. Among the main features are disproportions in the age structure of labor resources, excessive demographic burden on the population of working age. The region is characterized by an average unemployment rate and low incomes of the population.
