Statistically equilibrium states of load in the problem of static load characteristics identification

In this paper we propose one possible approach to identify data sets pertaining to close static characteristics of the load voltage. The article proposed the concept for a statistically equilibrium load state to solve the problem of static load characteristics identification. The paper discussed the future direction for the idea development in terms of experimental data processing.
