Analysis of monitoring data of pollutants emissions into the atmosphere with the use of statistical methods can improve the effectiveness and informativeness of the processes of environmental management system. The article demonstrates the possibility of using Shewhart control cards for the detection and identification of the uncontrolled state of the process of electric energy production. This approach to the analysis of data on the control of emissions of pollutants into the atmosphere is of practical interest for enterprises of various industries, including energy. Statistical methods enable to obtain a valuable information resource in the analysis of individual indicators, and the state of the process as a whole.
