Statistical analysis of mortgage loans provided to the population of the Russian Federation

Mortgage loans are long-term loans for the purchase, renovation and construction of residential real estate. The purpose of a mortgage loan is the acquisition of housing by citizens, which in modern conditions is a necessity. A statistical study of mortgage loans provided by credit institutions to the population of the Russian Federation is based on the following system of indicators: credits). In order for the borrower to be able to fulfill his obligations to the bank, which consist in the timely payment of monthly payments, a stable economic situation in the country is required, for which, in the context of the constant and high-speed volatility of the modern world and the economy (both world and national economies), in particular, is responsible the state. The article studies the dynamics of the volume of housing mortgage loans provided to individuals in the regions of the Russian Federation from 2010 to 2019. The structure of mortgage housing loans by federal districts of the country and types of currencies and the ongoing structural changes are considered. The main trend of changes in the volume of housing mortgage loans provided to the population was revealed using the methods of analytical leveling and mechanical leveling, and the predicted value of the volume of housing mortgage loans provided was calculated. The dependence of the volume of housing mortgage loans issued to individuals on the value of the average per capita money income of the population for the period under study has been studied.
