The article deals with the problem of statistical analysis of consumer sentiment and shows the changes in consumer thoughts regarding their own well-being and the vision of the future of the country's economy. The laws of influence of the components of the index of consumer sentiment are investigated. A statistical analysis of the dependence of the consumer sentiment index on the factors that influence it has been carried out.
