Oncological diseases of the oral cavity in the Far East regions

The article provides an analysis of the incidence of oral tumors in the Far Eastern Federal District (FEFD). The prevalence and localization of malignant neoplasms (MN) in the maxillofacial region in the period from 2017-2021 is described. The contingent of patients with cancer registered in oncological institutions of the Far Eastern Federal District is characterized. The work reveals some cause-and-effect mechanisms of the occurrence of tumor diseases in the maxillofacial area.
