The adoption of the Federal Law The compensation for the violation of the right to legal proceedings within a reasonable time or the rights to the execution of the act within a reasonable time of 30.04.2010 №68-FZ is an attempt of the Russian Federation to resolve the acute issue of its legal system. The article is about the issue of compliance the provisions of the current procedural legislation of the russian federation with the Convention for the protection of human rights and fundamental freedoms in the claim for just compensation.
