The status of the citizen in the basic laws of Mongolia in 1911-1960

In the research paper the process of developing of institute of citizenship of Mongolia in the first half of the XX century from the point of view of its registration and fastening in constitutional acts is analysed in details. The maintenance of international contracts of Mongolia and China Constitutions of 1912, 1914, 1923 and 1931 also Mongolian People's Republic Constitutions of 1924, 1940 and 1960 are represented.
