Representative status victim on cases about administrative offenses in the field of copyright and related rights

The article draws attention to the uncertainty in the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation of the administrative procedural status of the representative of the organization for collective management of authors’ rights. The foreign experience of the effective functioning of the institute of copyright protection is considered, the proposal to include a representative of the organization for collective management of authors’ rights in the circle of persons recognized by the Administrative Code of the Russian Federation as a legal representative is reasoned.
