Training for leading employees and specialists as an innovation to increase the efficiency of public administration in the Republic of Belarus

The development of an innovative form of training for management personnel and specialists was undertaken on the example of the Academy of Management under the President of the Republic of Belarus. The features of the internship methodology, the principles of educational training as a unity of theory and practice, a comprehensive method of fulfilling the state order are revealed. A content analysis of the legal framework for training executives and specialists in the Republic of Belarus was carried out. The innovative aspects of the internship based on the organizational structure of the Minsk Regional Executive Committee are outlined. The achieved results of the training program of the internship are disclosed at the level of practical suggestions of students on the diversification of regional economies, increasing investment potential and working with appeals from citizens and legal entities.
