The degree of ripening vines of various grape varieties in the conditions of southern forest-steppe of Omsk region

An important factor, which affecting on plants growth and development, is the climate, which determines methods of farming in zone, selection of species and varieties. Strong growth of shoots and berries ripen still don't give arguments for statement about accordance of sort to climatic conditions of the area.Only a wellripened vine can resists to the climatic conditions of winter in Siberia. The degree of ripening vines influence not only on generative buds tab, but also on the general state of the grape plant. In the Omsk region such studies have not been conducted, therefore scientific justification of overwintering prediction of grapes in Siberia is relevant. The goal of issues was determination of degree of ripening vines in southern forest-steppe of Omsk region and identify among them the most prepared for wintering in this region.The degree of vine ripening determined in Outumn before vine pruning. As the results of issues showsdegree of ripening grape vine depends on weather conditions and variety features, the coefficient of shoots ripen in the conditions of southern forest-steppe of Omsk area ranges from 0.57 to 0.92. The dependence between the degree of ripening vines and weather conditions are not the same in different varieties. Stronger than the other variation of coefficient was in the variety Agate Donskoy (0.92-0.68). Tolerance to the weather conditions of southern forest-steppe of Omsk region Moskovityanin shows, the degree of ripening vines is satisfactory (0.82-0.83). The degree of ripening vines at varieties Vostorg and Katyr in this zone is weak (average 0.65-0.71).
