Stigmatization of LGBT by the Perm students

Current article presents results of the sociological research, which was aimed at the measuring the tolerant attitude levelof students toward themem-bers of LGBT culture. Special attention was payed to the influence of students’ values and social attitudes onthe tolerant attitude toward individuals with non-traditional sexual orientation. Moreover, the article reflects such peculiarities of LGBT stigmatization by thePerm students as shared and nonshared stereotypes about LGBT people, and social image of typical appearance and character traits of an individual with non-traditional orientation.
