«Spontaneous» and «organized» beginnings of the Russian society in Russian sociopolitical idea of XIX century

In the article the author considers a mutual relation «spontaneous» and «organized» beginnings in history of becoming of the Russian state as they have been presented in a sociopolitical ideas of XIX century, and in particular, in B.N.Tchitcherin's political concept. It is shown also, that the analysis of these concepts is again actual now which is characterized by transformation of the Russian state.
