Stimulating innovative entrepreneurship in tourism

The directions of stimulating innovative entrepreneurship in tourism are considered. It is established that an important element of the development of the tourism industry is the factor of influence of state incentives on the resources of innovative entrepreneurship, which is expressed in the creation of a favorable environment and consists in the implementation of direct and indirect methods of state regulation. It is proved that the creation of technology transfer centers is one of the possible ways out of the problematic situation in the field of innovation. It was found out that one of the main problems of state stimulation of innovative activity in tourism is the suboptimal choice of priority areas and, as a result, the dispersion of state efforts to build innovative relations. It is determined that the state does not have the opportunity to develop too many vectors, therefore, it is proposed to reduce the number of priority areas for tourism development. It has been established that structural transformations in the scientific potential of the tourism industry have negative trends and consist in a decrease in certified scientific personnel and their aging. At the same time, the growth dynamics of the number of innovative tourism enterprises in the Russian Federation is very weak. In addition, technology transfer is one of the most important characteristics of the innovative potential of tourism enterprises.
