Stimulation of a tourist complex investment activity

The authors analyze current state of investment activity realization in Russian tourism, they expose factors that impede and restrain dynamical tourism development within the process of investment. Such issues as fundamental tendencies of the investment activity development, basic capital investments data, dynamics of a tourism branch main sources financing are considered in the article. The authors also propose measures for legislative base improvement with the goal of creating better conditions for the investment climate in Russia, increasing of mobilization and effective using of tourism investment resources.
