Valuation analysis in crisis management

In the article the author considers suggestions concerning the methodology and organization of property valuation works for the purpose of non-cyclic prices determining as a mode of minimization of crisis processes in the economy. These suggestions permit to develop new tools in the system of economy measurements based on the professional valuation methodology. In this connection taking into a consideration new economic objectives the author suggests a new scheme of organization of professional valuers works based on branch-wise agencies of value analysis (AVA).
